We can ship your order throughout the US. Shipping will be determined by the quantity and size of the pieces you order.
How long to get my order?
Since most orders are custom we carry very little inventory except for popular items.
Please note that during the NOV.–DEC. Holiday seasons lead time may extend to 4-6 weeks depending on order volume so keep this in mind when you place your orders. Our work staff (me, myself, and I) still have a real job and woodwork is performed in my “spare time”
We sometimes offer Discounts during the off-season so ordering early will also costs less.
How and when is payment handled?
- Payments are normally due when you pick up your order.
- Preferred payment is cash or cashiers check.
- Large orders require 30% down payment to purchase materials.
- Custom orders require 50% down.
- Sorry but at this time we do not accept Credit Cards or PayPal.
Do you have special orders?
We get most of our designs and patterns from catalogs, Christmas Cards, or photos, so if you wish something that is not currently displayed feel free to request a custom order.
Custom orders since new usually take longer probably 4 weeks.
What about changing the size or Color?
- Normally only one side is painted per design. Backside is painted white unless otherwise specified. Both sides can be painted for an additional fee.
- Since everything we make is hand-made and custom ordered, no two items will be exactly the same, color change requests are allowed but not color-matching. Requests must be done when ordering. We aim to meet you needs.
Can I purchase unpainted pieces?
- If you wish to try it yourself – We will sell wood cutouts sanded, sealed, with pattern drawn for a reduced cost.
- Unless you are placing a custom or very large order I do not require payment in advance. Cash payment will be due when you pick up the woodwork.
